What does a dog walking consist of?
Our dog walker pick up the dog from your home, take it for a tracked walk with GPS, and leave the dog at home. Also, we reinforce training commands during the walks.
How many dogs do you walk at a time?
Our dog walker walk one-on-one and groups of dogs. The number of dogs walked at the same time can vary, depending on the size of the dogs and different factors... but undertakes to limit the number of dogs walked with one person to 4. It’s up to your personal preference to decide which style you want to go with.
Will the dog walker provide daily updates letting you know how my dog is doing and what my dog did on his walk?
You want to know what your dog is doing while you’re away, a short daily note and some pictures will send to you once we have completed the walk. This will alert you to any unusual behaviors and give you a sense of security that your dog has been taken care of!
Do you offer a free meet and greet?
We offer a free consultation at your home, with no obligation to hire us. This gives you the opportunity to make sure we are a good fit for your pup.
Do you have a professional contract or service agreement?
We have a Dog Walking Contract attached with Owner’s Information sheet, Pet Information sheet(s) and the Veterinary Release Form, which must be signed before the booking begins.
What is the cancellation policy?

Are you insured, and can you provide proof of coverage?
We have an insurance that covers emergency vet care, public liability and loss of keys. Get in touch with us to request a proof of insurance.
Do you ask for pet’s emergency vet contact information and an emergency contact?
We ask our clients to complete a veterinary release form as part of the contract.
What will the dog walker do if my dog needs emergency medical care?
In the event of an emergency, the Walker shall contact the Owner at the numbers provided to confirm the Owner’s choice of action. If the Owner cannot be reached timeously, the Walker is authorised to:
- transport the dog(s) to the listed veterinarian
- request on-site treatment from a veterinarian
- transport the dog(s) to an emergency clinic if the previous two options are not feasible.
Are the walker background checked?
Safety is our priority. Our walker successfully passed the background check, also we asked the walker to provide us with previous references to carry out a check.
What is the dog walker’s inclement weather policy?
No matter the weather, your dog will need to go out, and our walker will be happy to take your dog for a walk with any weather.
What supplies does the walker carry?
Our walker will have their own treats (and ask permission to give your pup a treat), poo bags, pet first aid kit and cleaning supplies.
What is pet sitting?
The pet sitter is responsible for providing basic care for your pet, such as feeding, giving water, administering medication if necessary, and providing playtime and exercise. A pet sitter can also provide additional services such as taking your dog on a walk or taking your pet to the vet.
How I do prepare my home and pet for a pet sitting visit?
• Provide necessary supplies: Make sure that your pet sitter has all the necessary supplies, including food, treats, toys, and litter or waste bags, depending on the type of pet you have. Also, make sure that there is enough of everything to last throughout their stay.
• Leave clear instructions: Leave detailed instructions for your pet sitter that include information on feeding, medication administration, walking routines, house rules and any other relevant information for your pet's care.
• Identify emergency contacts: Provide your pet sitter with emergency contacts, including your vet's contact information and instructions on what to do in case of a pet emergency.
• Make your home safe: Remove any hazards or items that might be dangerous or toxic to your pet. Make sure that doors and windows are secure and that your pet does not have access to any areas of your home that are off-limits.

Can a pet sitter administer medication to my pet?
Yes, if your pet requires medication, always inform the pet sitter, provide them with clear instructions and the supplies needed to administer the medication.
What is the key policy?
Your key will be kept secure and away from personal information and no key can be identified to any property, in the event of your key being lost or stolen we will advise you, also your personal information will never be sold or discussed with any 3rd parties.
Where will your personal information be stored?All the information about your home, your pets, your security systems,... will be stored on a secure server.
